Terms of Service

Last updated: September 16, 2026

These Terms govern your use of First Eleven OS (the "Service"), a business-operating software provided by First Eleven ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

First Eleven OS helps you run day-to-day business work — sales follow-ups, marketing drafts, HR tasks, finance reminders, and operations — by proposing actions that you review and approve. The Service never sends, posts, pays, or changes anything in your connected tools without your approval, except where you have explicitly granted broader autonomy for a specific task.

2. Your account & responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate business information and to confirm that you have the authority to connect the tools and services you link to the Service.

3. Connected services

When you connect a third-party service (such as email, payments, or accounting software), you grant us permission to act on your behalf only as described in the Service and only with your approval. You remain responsible for the rules and permissions of those third parties. We use the access you grant to provide the Service and do not sell your data.

4. Approvals & autonomy

The default rule is that every action is a proposal you approve first. You may grant the Service more autonomy for specific tasks. You can revoke or pause the Service at any time via the kill switch or by disconnecting tools. Financial actions always require explicit trust that you grant, and you can withdraw it at any time.

5. Your data

Your business data belongs to you. We process it only to provide the Service. We do not train models on your data. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or send deceptive content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to other users.

7. Not professional advice

The Service helps prepare materials like drafts, reminders, and checklists. It is not a lawyer, accountant, or HR professional. You should have a qualified professional review decisions that carry legal or financial risk — and you always approve before anything sends.

8. Subscription & payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Availability & liability

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post changes here and note the updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
