Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how First Eleven ("we", "us") handles your data when you use First Eleven OS. Our rule is simple: your business data is yours. We don't sell it, and we don't train models on it.
1. What we collect
- Account info: your name and email.
- Business info: what you tell us about your business, customers, vendors, team, and preferences — stored as your "memory" so the OS speaks your language and honors your rules.
- Connected data: data from tools you connect (email, payments, accounting, CRM) that the Service needs to do its job.
- Usage info: basic technical logs (IP, timestamps) to keep the Service secure and reliable.
2. What we never store
- Card numbers or full bank account numbers.
- Government IDs or national identification numbers.
- Anything you tell us to forget (deletion is honored, not just hidden).
3. How we use your data
To provide the Service: draft proposals, keep your memory, reconcile numbers, and show you what needs a decision. We use your data only for your benefit and only as needed to run your OS.
4. Security
Connection credentials are encrypted at rest. Every action is recorded in an append-only audit log you can review. Access to your data is scoped to your business. We hold a kill switch — you can pause or disconnect the OS at any time.
5. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. We may use subprocessors (for example, the hosting or email infrastructure the Service runs on) solely to operate the Service. We share data with third-party services only when you connect them and act on your behalf with your approval.
6. Your controls
- Review memory: see and correct everything the OS knows about your business.
- Forget: delete anything by asking — "forget that" means gone.
- Disconnect: remove tools you've connected.
- Export/delete account: request a copy or full deletion of your data at any time.
7. People in your business
Details about your customers and employees belong to them and are surfaced only when you bring that person into a conversation. Employee matters are never shared outside the conversation in which you raised them.
8. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete data or your account, we remove it from active systems and handle backups per standard practice.
